Review plans for the academic session – to suggest changes/ improvements in implementation, data collection & collation activities in the field

Understand IN-DEED’s activity planning, monitoring & reporting mechanisms of staff from different programs in various districts to improve efficiency

Help improve quality of data & program reports prepare by IN-DEED for submission to donors & government stakeholders

Support development of A-V content, assessment questionnaires (curriculum subjects, GK, Arithmetic & Vocabulary) for Olympiad style intra & inter-school competitions

Support volunteer engagement – increasing number of volunteers engaged & the engagement levels by improving supervision of work done by them

Suggest improvements in impact assessment through pre-and-post intervention data gathering to gauge outcomes of the programs in field, through survey/ feedback forms, assessments and other means

Suggest strategies for enhancing quality of social media interactions for enhanced visibility of the Foundation

Teaching & curriculum development – coding, robotics, AI and other 21st century skills

Support development of attractive marketing collaterals for use in online campaigns, pitching events and fund-raising efforts
