Rajnish is working as Officer on special duty (OSD projects) in LNJ BHILWARA GROUP and Senior General Manager in RSWM Ltd., the biggest textile company in Rajasthan. He supports strategic planning of social development programs for the Group and helps identifying of suitable programs and activities where resources can be deployed by the LNJ Group companies for better reach and focussed outcomes.

Rajnish is also a Trustee with the Jawahar Foundation NGO that works in Rajasthan providing affordable meal at Rs 1. He is a Managing Trustee of Purvanchal Jan Chetna Samiti working for uplifting of labour communities in Rajasthan.

Having more than 2 decades of rich experience in the social and development sector, Mr. Kumar had earlier been an Advisor to the Sulabh International Social Service Organization, one of the largest NGOs working in the sanitation sector in India.

Rajnish Kumar holds an M.Phil. in Journalism and Mass Communication. He did his MSc in Chemistry at University of Delhi.
