Pritam Singh is a Program Manager at IN-DEED Foundation, where he has been working for the past 7 years in the rural education sector of Rajasthan. His work focuses on bringing technology such as computers, VR, and tablets to children with little or no access to such tools, helping them discover joy and confidence in learning. He shares that the happiness of hearing students say “Sir, mazo aayo” (I really enjoyed it) reflects empowerment and access rather than just entertainment. At IN-DEED Foundation, he has also led initiatives like hands-on robotics courses across districts in Western Rajasthan, igniting innovation among young minds. The Foundation, established in 2014 and headquartered in Jodhpur, works extensively on youth volunteerism, digital literacy, and skill development. Its programs include promoting volunteerism, providing academic and life skills support, digitization of content, computer basics, MS Office, online classes, and skill enhancement through IT training, communication, spoken English, and personality development.
