Devkishan Parmar is a District Resources Person at CRY – Child Rights and You, based in Jalore, Rajasthan. He previously worked as a Senior Program Manager at CRY from April 2019 to June 2024 in Delhi, focusing on strengthening child protection systems from government to grassroots level in partnership with NGOs and government bodies. His expertise spans leadership, training, project management, documentation, and theme development. He studied at MDSU Ajmer between 2010 and 2012. CRY (founded by Rippan Kapur in 1979) is one of India’s most trusted NGOs, committed to ensuring every child’s right to a happy childhood by addressing inequality and promoting education, growth, and protection. Over the past four decades, CRY has worked across 19 states in India, impacting the lives of more than 3 million underprivileged children.
