Recognising the importance of early career awareness, IN-DEED conducts career guidance sessions to help government school students make informed decisions about their futures.

Students were introduced to diverse pathways after Classes X and XII, including:
- STEM
- Digital skills
- Government careers
- Vocational education
- Scholarships
- Entrance examinations
- Relevant government schemes
For many students, particularly first-generation learners, the exposure broadened their understanding of available opportunities, built confidence and provided greater clarity about future aspirations.
The sessions also encouraged curiosity, participation and informed career planning.
