With a specialization in Finance and Marketing, Tina holds a Post Graduate Degree in Business Management from Symbiosis, Pune. She strongly believes that one of the fundamental drivers of progress is quality education - and there is an urgent need to bridge the Rural-Urban education divide. With a vast experience in resource mobilization, strategic planning, operations management and content creation / delivery - Tina is a core member of IN-DEED and supports the organization across multiple fronts.

Imran Khan

Advisory Board Member

Imran Khan is a mathematics teacher in the Sanskrit Education Department in Alwar Rajasthan. More importantly he is also a self-taught computer programmer and web developer who has developed scores of websites and around 100 educational mobile applications downloaded by millions of users.Imran has donated all his applications, worth several crore Rupees, to the Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD) as a patriotic contribution to the Digital India Mission; for this Khan was nominated for Rajasthan state Bhamashah award.

Ishani Geetam Khaond

Ishaani Geetam Khaond is a global management professional and a social entrepreneur with 22 years' experience in international development and social enterprise sectors in U.S., Europe and Asia, with expertise in strategic management, human capital, operations, and policy & planning. A Master’s degree in Public Administration and an MBA in HR have powerfully supported her in these roles. Her natural love for a deep connection with people from all ethnicities and stages of life, her travel to 19 countries and living experience in North America, Australia, Eastern Europe, South Asia and South America have tremendously enriched her personal and professional paths.

Vikram Rajola

Vikram is a development professional with work experience in several Asian countries like Afghanistan, Cambodia, China, India, Indonesia, Nepal, Philippines and Singapore. He holds a Masters degree in Environmental Engineering from the Delhi Technological University (DTU). During the past 15 years he has worked with Government bodies, leading Universities, Funding Agencies and International NGOs across Asia. From 2007 to 2011 he worked as a development manager at the prestigious Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, one of the top 100 Universities in the World.

Avinash Mathur

Vice-Chairman

Avinash Mathur, a civil engineer with around two decades of field experience is presently the General Manager of a large real estate firm. He is the go-to man for all purposes whether it is related to developing proposals, implementing programs, long-term strategy building for the Foundation or routine day-to-day issues. A core member of the Founding team he brings his practical experience and clarity of vision to bear upon all aspects of IN-DEED Foundation.

Capt. G.R. Choudhary

Secretary

G.R. Choudhary is the Secretary of IN-DEED Foundation. He brings more than 45 years of experience in man-management, having served in the Indian Army and the State Bank of India. He was commissioned in the 9th Gorkha Rifles in 1971 and saw action on the Western front during the Indo Pak war where he was wounded in action and was a POW.

Raja Brijbhushan

Raja Brijbhushan is a serial entrepreneur who has experimented with ventures in the field of software services, organic farming and pre-primary school education. An engineer by training and a technology enthusiast, he has a patented technology in the field of image processing and process automation. Even during his student life his talents were recognized and awarded at various forums.

Sitesh Prasad

An electrical engineer from Delhi College of Engineering and an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Symbiosis, Pune. He has diverse experience across multiple sectors including Engineering, Financial Services, Insurance and Hospitality.In his 20 years of service, he has set up new businesses and channels, led large teams across geographies and managed relations with regulatory authorities during the course of work.

Jitendra Dagur

Jitendra Dagur is Director, IT at CA Technologies Hyderabad India. Having graduated in computer engineering from Engineering College Kota, he has in the past worked with prestigious companies like IBM. He has always been passionate about supporting worthy causes contributing his time and efforts in various volunteering assignments across the country.Jitendra helps IN-DEED Foundation in resource raising and spreading the good word to network and raise the profile of the organization.
